Manager - Business Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Generate business insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Performance Management:
- Track business performance metrics, KPIs, and conduct variance analysis.
- Prepare and present business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports to senior leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend action plans to optimize business performance.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Lead the coordination of strategic projects across various functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations).
- Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a key liaison between different departments to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.
- Governance and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective compliance and risk management.
- Develop and implement reporting standards that provide clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Regularly review and assess organizational processes to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Business Development and Innovation:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Support the development of business cases for new projects and investments.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
