Module Lead - .NET + SRE Job

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in deployment processes and tools, including release management, change management, and rollback strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.
• Hands-on technical experience with MS .NET, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies.
• Mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain, with working knowledge of Optimizely (B2B).
• Experience in project risk management, scope management, and team management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, metrics tracking, and reporting/presentations.
• Proven experience in managing production support for MS .NET applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Possess 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, deployments, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Demonstrate experience with incident management tools and processes, including ITIL Incident Management and ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient and scalable application architectures while promoting DevOps and SRE adoption.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.
• Lead incident management activities including response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce impact, restore services quickly, and implement preventive measures for future incidents.
• Establish and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs to measure system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for deployment processes, system configurations, and incident reports.
• Preferred certifications include Certified DevOps Engineer, or SRE-related certifications.
