Job Description
Position: Office Boy
Location: Suyog Center, Gultekdi, Pune
Shift: 9:30 am to 9:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and pantry management.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, filing, and other office support tasks.
- Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and other official work.
- Collect and deliver couriers, parcels, documents, and office materials.
- Perform outdoor office errands as required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office supplies.
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office operations.
- Requirements:Minimum education: 10th Pass.
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Pune city routes is preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Prior experience in office support work will be an added advantage.
