Role Overview

We are looking for trained and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home patient care services including elderly care, post-hospitalization support, and daily living assistance. “We provide 100% job placement with fixed salary up to ₹30,000/month, 15-day salary payout, and additional incentives. Your students will get immediate deployment with career growth in the home healthcare sector.”

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor vital signs (basic level if trained)
• Provide elderly companionship and emotional support
• Assist in medication reminders
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient surroundings
• Report patient condition to family / supervisor

Eligibility Criteria

• Certified from GDA / Nursing / Caregiver training institute
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Basic Hindi / regional language required
• Physically fit and willing to work in home care environment

Job Types

• 12-Hour Shift
• 24-Hour Live-in Shift

Salary Structure

1. Fixed Salary

12-Hour Duty

• ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (fixed)

24-Hour Duty (Live-in)

• ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed)

2. Incentive Structure (High Impact – Improves Acceptance & Retention)

Joining Bonus

• ₹500 after 15 days of continuous duty
• ₹1,000 after 30 days completion

Emergency Case Bonus

• ₹200 – ₹500 per urgent assignment

Retention Bonus

• ₹2,000 after 3 months continuous service

Referral Bonus

• ₹1,000 per caregiver referral (after 15 days joining)
