Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Understand client business processes and gather requirements.
- Configure ERP systems based on client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
- Visit client locations at least 4 days per week to train employees on ERP usage.
- Provide on‑site support during implementation and resolve client queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Offer post‑implementation support and assist with updates/improvements.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client training and implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- QualificationBachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification preferred).
- Prior experience in ERP implementation, customer support, or training is an advantage.
