🔧 About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensure smooth workflow, maintain production quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations.
• Track, compile, and control production reports and WIP (Work in Progress).
• Ensure all daily production targets are completed and reported on time.
• Monitor and reduce rejections and rework, while improving overall productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Coordinate closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure effective in-process inspections and high-quality output.
