Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities as per the production plan and assigned targets.
- Supervise manufacturing processes, including Polishing, Anodizing, Sandblasting, Acid Etching, Final Washing, Primary Packing, and Secondary Packing.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities are performed in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor production output, productivity, process efficiency, and resource utilization to achieve planned targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of production records, batch records, and process-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for in-process inspections, quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment availability, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, storage, and traceability of raw materials, work-in-progress materials, and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safe working conditions across the production area.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management systems, medical device manufacturing requirements, and company procedures.
- Identify production-related issues, minimize process deviations and rejections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure operators follow approved work instructions and safety practices.
- Report daily production status, process issues, downtime, and deviations to the Production Manager.
- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Production Manager from time to time.
