Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs across diverse business domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management fundamentals, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience delivering projects using Traditional, Agile, or Hybrid delivery approaches. This role focuses on driving successful business outcomes through effective planning, execution, governance, risk management, team leadership, and customer-centric delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10 - 15 years of overall IT industry experience through a traditional career progression path with hands-on experience in software development, business analysis, testing, delivery, or related technology roles before transitioning into project management.
OR 6–10 years of relevant project/program management experience supported by an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent management qualification.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Experience managing projects using Traditional (Waterfall), Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and Hybrid delivery models.
Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality.
Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to drive delivery governance, reporting, and performance management.

Good to Have
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe certifications, or equivalent.
Exposure to Product Operating Models and Agile ways of working.
Understanding of OKRs, KPIs, Value Realization, and Evidence-Based Management.
Experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Automation, or Modern Engineering programs.
Financial planning, budgeting, commercial management, and vendor management experience.
Pre-sales, consulting, or solutioning experience.
Experience working in global delivery environments and matrix organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of technology projects and programs.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success criteria, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance mechanisms.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Drive project execution using Agile, Traditional, or Hybrid delivery approaches based on business and project needs.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including business, architecture, development, testing, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
Establish and manage project governance forums, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcome targets.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and delivery commitments.
Track and report project KPIs, milestones, financials, risks, and overall delivery health.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Drive proactive issue resolution and decision-making to maintain delivery momentum.
Support organizational transformation initiatives through adoption of modern delivery practices and effective ways of working.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and quality requirements.
