Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
* Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders.
* Collect and compare vendor quotations.
* Coordinate and negotiate with vendors regarding rates, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
* Maintain purchase trackers and vendor records.
* Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Stores, and Accounts for material requirements.
* Maintain proper purchase documentation, including quotations, POs, Work Orders, and invoices.
* Ensure timely procurement as per project/site requirements.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
* Experience in preparing POs and Work Orders.
* Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
* Strong follow-up and communication skills.
* Good documentation and MIS reporting skills.
* Construction/real estate industry experience will be preferred.
* Should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
