Prepare and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, and inspection plans.

Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.

Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and work instructions.

Track and analyze rejection rates and quality performance.

Implement continuous improvement activities.

Verify compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with production, purchase, and other departments on quality issues.

Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain traceability of materials and manufactured components.

Ensure proper handling and control of non-conforming products.
