Job Description
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate bills and receipts for customers.
Maintain daily cash records and transaction reports.
Handle customer queries regarding billing and payments.
Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth billing operations.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
