Sales Executive

Role Overview

Ralas Wheels Private Limited, authorized showroom of River Mobility's Electric two-wheelers in KHARADI, PUNE is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive/ Trainees to join our team.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates who are passionate about automobile/ EVs and want to build a long-term career in electric vehicle Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable electric two-wheeler models.

Explain product features, technology, specifications, pricing, offers etc.

Support team with lead follow-ups through calls, messages, and showroom walk-ins.

Coordinate and arrange test rides for potential customers.

Maintain vehicle display, showroom hygiene, and product readiness.

Assist in preparing sales documents and learning dealership systems/CRM.

Participate in local marketing activities, events, and customer outreach.

Prepare daily customer interaction and inquiry reports for the management.

Skills & Qualifications

Interest in electric vehicles and the future of mobility.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and smartphone skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team player behavior.
