Job Description
Job Description – Sales Executive
Finding new customers and contacting them
Explaining the company’s loan and finance products to customers
Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products
Calling or visiting leads and following up with them
Collecting the required documents for the loan/application process
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
Updating daily sales and customer follow-up reports
Main focus: Customer handling, product knowledge, sales, and follow-up.
