Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B, corporate and field sales.
- Identify and approach prospective customers for Printers, Scanners, MFDs and Document Imaging Solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, resellers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, cold calling and other business development activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and follow up with customers for order closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Technical, Service, Operations and Finance for smooth order execution.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
