Job Description
Job Description –Sales Executive (Pune Metro NCMC Business)
Role Purpose
To drive customer acquisition, issuance of Bajaj Pay NCMC Cards, and cross-sell of Bajaj Group products through dedicated kiosks and customer engagement activities across Pune Metro stations.
Key Responsibilities
NCMC Card Acquisition
• Engage with metro commuters and educate them on the benefits of Bajaj Pay NCMC Cards.
• Drive end-to-end customer acquisition, onboarding, and issuance of NCMC cards.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly NCMC card issuance targets.
Customer Engagement & Sales
• Promote Bajaj Pay offerings and create awareness amongst metro commuters.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant Bajaj Finance products including EMI Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, FD, and other approved products.
• Generate qualified leads and facilitate customer referrals for eligible products.
Station Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations at assigned metro station kiosk.
• Ensure adherence to process, compliance, branding, and customer service standards.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads generated, and sales conversions.
• Coordinate with station authorities and internal teams for smooth operations.
Customer Service
• Address customer queries related to NCMC cards, recharge, usage, and product benefits.
• Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times.
• Deliver a superior customer experience to enhance adoption and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• NCMC Cards Issued
• Customer Footfalls Engaged
• Cross-Sell Leads Generated
• Cross-Sell Conversions
• Customer Satisfaction Scores
• Compliance & Process Adherence
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, banking, financial services, fintech, telecom, or retail sales.
• Prior experience in field sales, kiosk sales, banking correspondent, or financial product sales preferred.
Skills Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and customer acquisition orientation.
• Ability to engage with large commuter footfalls.
• Basic digital and smartphone proficiency.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
