Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new hospital and institutional accounts across Pune
  • Identify hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions with potential
  • Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, Stores, OT and hospital management
  • Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders
  • Introduce White Lotus products to new hospitals
  • Obtain product approvals and vendor registrations wherever required
  • Develop new distributors/dealers
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate commercial negotiations
  • Follow up continuously until enquiry → approval → PO → repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Monitor competitor pricing and products
  • Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports
  • Coordinate with the Vadodara head office for quotations, production and dispatch
  • Build long-term hospital and distributor relationships
