*Responsible for acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets for HDFC Bank Credit Cards by identifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable credit card products.

*Key Responsibilities*

Generate new leads through references, branch leads, calling and customer referrals.

Explain HDFC Bank Credit Card features, benefits, fees, eligibility, and offers to prospective customers.

Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic product-related concerns.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful applications.

Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer KYC and application documents.

Maintain regular follow-up on applications until approval and card activation.

Promote card usage and encourage customers to activate and transact on their cards.

Cross-sell relevant banking and third-party products wherever applicable.

Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and follow-up status.

Ensure compliance with HDFC Bank policies, KYC requirements, and sales processes.

Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments for smooth processing.

Provide excellent customer service and support after acquisition.
