Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter / Demo Promoter to represent a leading MNC brand at Modern Trade (MT) stores.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, conducting product demonstrations, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell company products at assigned Modern Trade (MT) stores.
• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information.
• Actively approach customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, visibility, and merchandising.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with store staff regarding stock.
• Maintain a clean and attractive product display area.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and promotional activities.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and store staff.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Follow company grooming standards, policies, and store guidelines.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1 to 5 years in sales/promoter/retail sales.
• Candidates with experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Brands, Beauty Products, Personal Care Products, FMCG, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
• Candidates from any industry with relevant sales experience can also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Presentable, confident, and energetic personality.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Comfortable working in Modern Trade stores and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for sales reporting is preferred.
