Sales Support Engineer (Electronics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for the position of Technical Support Engineer.

Qualification: Graduate /Diploma/BE in Electronics/ Electrical

Experience: 1-2 years

Candidate should have the following skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power, Influencing ability.
• Excellent and polite English communication skills.
• Able to work with a Team and strong drive for result orientation.
• Good at Computers, should know MS Office.
• Good at managing existing customers.
• Coordination with Sales Engineer & customers.
• Update & maintain all reports (Soft and hard copy).
• Basic knowledge of Electronics such as AC, DC, Servo drives, PLCs, Power Electronics & Control Circuitry.

The job profile is as below:

• To understand the technical details of the fault (as reported by the customer) in the device/unit sent for repairs.
• To understand the technical details of the machinery or setup at the customer site to get thorough details of the fault reported by the customer.
• Communicate all technical and related (fault/machinery-related/customer-site) details obtained from the customer to company Lab-Engineers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that the customer conducts trials of the repaired units promptly.
• Coordinate with and work in a team environment between company Lab Engineers and Sales staff and provide regular updates from time to time.
• Visit the customer sites to understand technical details or conduct trials on an as-needed basis.
