Job Description
Sales Trainer / Sales Training Executive
Do NOT confuse this requirement with a normal Sales Executive or Sales Trainee position. We are hiring someone who will train, coach, assess, and make newly hired sales employees ready for live sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate should ideally have experience in most of the following:
Training new sales employees / new joiners
Company and product training
Sales pitch training
Objection-handling training
Telesales / Inside Sales / Business Development training
CRM training
Sales process and SOP training
Conducting mock calls and role-plays
Assessing trainees through tests, calls, role-plays, or scorecards
Coaching low-performing trainees
Daily training/performance reporting
Batch management
Making trainees ready for live sales
Tracking post-training performance
Tracking trainee retention, preferably for the first 30 days
CLIENT KPIs
Prioritize candidates capable of achieving:
100% training completion
80%+ trainee assessment / role-play score
Daily training and performance reporting
Sales-readiness before trainees move to live sales
30-day trainee performance and retention tracking
