Job Description

Job Responsibilities

 Provide online technical support through portals/software.

 Troubleshoot basic issues related to solar pumps, controllers, and related systems.

 Coordinate with service centres, warehouse, site engineers, and internal teams.

 Follow up on pending repairs, materials, and service complaints.

 Maintain daily service reports, complaint records, and documentation.

 Communicate with customers and farmers and provide basic system guidance.

 Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team.
