Site Engineer

We need Site Engineer for Site Area - Wagholi, Bakori, Pune

·      Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.

·      Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, company processes, and quality standards.

·      Review and conduct required quality checks at different stages of work.

·      Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth execution of activities.

·      Communicate with contractors and plan/confirm next-day work and manpower requirements.

·      Maintain and verify all site-related bills, measurements, work records, and supporting documents.

·      Monitor material usage, workmanship, and site progress.

·      Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

·      Maintain a good and professional relationship with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

·      Respond positively and professionally to client queries, concerns, and requirements.

·      Provide regular updates on daily site progress through the official company communication group.

·      Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and other required site documentation.

·      Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the site.

·      Coordinate with the management/office team and provide timely updates regarding site progress, delays, requirements, and challenges.

·      Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule.
