Job Description

Site Engineer – Fresher & Experienced

MARCO Secure Solutions is hiring Site Engineers for Fire & Security / ELV projects in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily project progress and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, management, execution teams, vendors and procurement.
  • Plan and efficiently manage material and manpower across projects.
  • Understand project requirements related to design, material and manpower.
  • Coordinate and guide site teams for timely project execution.
  • Manage project materials and manpower requirements.
  • Prepare regular project/site updates.

Eligibility:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech – Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, Mechanical, Civil or relevant.
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Site/ELV/MEP experience preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with site work and travel within Pune.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month

Location: Pune | Immediate Joiners Preferred

No joining fee/deposit.
