We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Advisory Team Leader to drive business growth across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Advisors.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new Business Associates (BAs).
• Expand the sales network and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra.
• Achieve business targets for revenue generation, client acquisition, and account opening (ACOP).
• Drive cross-selling of financial products and services.
• Monitor daily productivity, team performance, and business growth.
• Build strong relationships with Business Associates, clients, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve team productivity and achieve business targets.

• Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.
• Experience in sales, preferably in the stock broking or financial services industry.
• Prior experience in team handling, recruitment, and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, acquire new business, and scale up a sales team.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory, as required.
