Job Summary
We are hiring a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Pune. Your main role is to reach out to potential customers, handle their inquiries, and book service calls. You must be skilled at turning nos into yeses through effective objection handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to warm leads and database contacts.
- Service Booking: Explain service benefits and schedule service appointments/calls.
- Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, counter objections, and clear hesitation.
- Data Management: Maintain clean records of calls, follow-ups, and booking statuses.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily call volumes and weekly booking targets consistently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong objection handling skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Marathi is a strong advantage).
- Location: Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately.
