Job Description

Unicus Loans is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller to connect with potential channel partners, customers and promote loan products. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining loan features, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates should possess good communication and persuasion skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering quality customer service while contributing to the company's sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Prior Knowledge of Personal Loans and Business loans is preferred
