We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible HR professional who can manage internal HR processes, support employee engagement, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp, online platforms and other channels.
• Promote and sell the company’s services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services clearly.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information about services.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain daily calling, lead, follow-up and sales reports.
• Update customer and lead information in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation during customer onboarding.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Service Sales.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
• Experience in service-based sales is preferred.
