Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain company services and respond to customer queries.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.
  • Coordinate with the placement team for customer requirements.
  • Convert leads into potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Confident and target-oriented approach.
