Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our refurbished laptops and desktops.
  • Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with interested customers and generate sales leads.
  • Provide basic information about products, pricing and availability.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.
  • Maintain basic customer and calling records.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
