Job Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi & English required; Marathi would be an advantage.
- Sales/telesales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a sales mindset can also apply.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
💰 Salary: ₹15000 ₹20000 Incentives
📍 Location: Pune
🕐 Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
