Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced methodologies and tools that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies to foster predictive and intelligent automation solutions, thereby elevating the quality and integrity of deliverables across projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Functional test design and execution
- Manual testing (API/UI)
- Defect management
-Test and defect management tools (e.g. JIRA, Gitlab)
- Agile methodology
- Test management and coordination
- Expertise in test automation (e.g. Java, Selenium, Cucumber)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Automated Testing.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
