Pre-requisites:

• • Good and sound knowledge of US Banking process – preferably US Banking
  • Insurance Operations & Policy Processing
  • Customer/KYC Verification
  • Customer AML Verification
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word & PowerPoint
  • Stakeholder Coordination & SLA Compliance
  • Data Accuracy & Confidentiality.
  100% Accurate work required as Errors will have Financial impacts from Client and their Customer side

Job Description:

• Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
• Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
• Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
• Adhering to company’s compliances and policies.
• Completely work from office

Behavioral Skills:

• Strictly US Shift Working Hours ( India Night Shifts) – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required.
• Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves
• To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company

Certification:

• Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience (similar BPO field and domain) but with other Specialization will also be looked into.
• Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.
• No Engineering / Tech Graduates

Experience requirements:

• Candidate should have minimum 6 months to 1 year work experience in similar BPO field – preferable from US Banking (primary preference)
• Secondary preference will be for Candidates who have experience in other BPO domains like Accounting, Insurance, Health Care etc will also be considered.
