Job Title: Unit Sales Manager – Health Agency (Field Work, Agency Sales)
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Health Insurance
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a strong network of insurance agents.
- Conduct regular sales training and motivation sessions for agents on health insurance products.
- Drive sales to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Oversee agent licensing, activation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agency sales or insurance sales (Health Insurance preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
