💰 SALARY & ATTRACTIVE BENEFITS:
• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 Net (Based on trade skills & site performance)
• Payment Date: Guaranteed direct bank transfer on the 10th of every month

📍 WORK LOCATION & DEPLOYMENT:
• Location: Outstation Utility-Scale Solar Project Sites (Pan-India Relocation)
• Full company support provided for inter-site transfers
🛠 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Mechanical erection and alignment of steel Module Mounting Structures (MSS)
• Fastener tightening using calibrated torque wrenches according to drawing specs
• Precision solar module lifting, table placement, and secure clamping
• Assisting pile-driving rigs, post alignment, and foundation teams
• Adhering to site safety, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and tool custody guidelines
🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Education: ITI Pass (Fitter / Welder / Turner / Machinist / Wireman)
• Eligible Batches: Freshers (2024, 2025, 2026 batches) & experienced tradesmen up to 2 years
• Mobility: Must be ready to relocate to outstation project sites on 72-hour notice
• Physical Stamina: Fit for active outdoor mechanical assembly work
