TWO WHEELER LICENCE MUST
LOCAL KNOWLEDGE OF DEMOGRAPHY & GEOGRAPHY WOULD BE ADDED ADVANTAGE.
· First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR): Diagnosing and repairing equipment successfully on the initial visit without needing a follow-up call.
· Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Maintaining positive client relations, clear communication, and professional conduct during on-site visits.
· Response and Resolution Time: Responding to dispatches and completing service calls within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
· Preventative Maintenance Compliance: Completing scheduled routine checks and servicing on time to prevent sudden equipment failures.
· Accurate Documentation: Submitting timely service reports, parts usage logs, and work orders after each job.
· Safety and Compliance: Following all workplace safety rules, driving safely, and handling tools or hazardous materials correctly.
