Accountant

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day financial records, transactions, billing, and accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and handling financial information with confidentiality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts
• Manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Track payments received from stores/customers and payments made to vendors
• Assist with monthly financial reports and account summaries
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
• Ensure accounting data is accurate, updated, and properly organized
• Support management with financial information and basic analysis
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or relevant qualification
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge can apply
• Prior accounting experience will be an advantage
