Job Description

• Responsible for actively selling cars to potential customers.
• Greet customers as they arrive at the car dealership, and engage them in conversation to determine their car buying needs.
• Visit influencers and brokers to generate new enquiry.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the automobile industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Ascertain that all documents related to cars and their sales are complete and accurate, and handed over to the customers at the close of each sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Required Education and skills:

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Presentable, energetic and highly confident.

·        Strong customer orientation.

·        Strong selling, interpersonal & negotiation skills.

·        Good conversation skills.

·        Persistent and driven.

. Have valid driving license.

Education qualification:

Any graduate

Diploma/Degree

Salary: 10k to 15k + performance incentives.
