Client Relationship Manager

JD FOR THE POSITION OF CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER(CRM)

POSITION OVERVIEW

·      We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle client dealings related to services and payment coordination, with occasional site visits to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, and candidates with their own two-wheeler will be preferred for mobility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Service Handling: Manage client queries and service requests.

·      Payment Coordination: Oversee billing discussions and payment follow-ups.

·      Site Visits: Conduct visits to client sites for relationship building and service monitoring.

·       Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal ability.

ELIGIBILITY

·      Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management and payment coordination.

·      MBA candidates preferred.

·      Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.

SALARY

·      Competitive range: 20k-25k per month as per experience.
