Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary: Responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding services and feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Follow-up and coordination skills.
