Location: Telibandha, Raipur

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM professional with 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Stock Market, Mutual Funds, or related financial services. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling investor queries, regular follow-ups, maintaining client records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients/investors.
• Handle queries related to stocks, mutual funds, investments, and financial services.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate client data, interaction history, and documentation in CRM.
• Coordinate with investment, sales, and operations teams for client requirements.
• Track client requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support client retention, renewals, and business development activities.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain CRM/MIS records.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of relevant Finance/CRM experience.
• Knowledge of Stock Market & Mutual Funds preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Professional personality with a customer-focused approach.
