Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities (Pointers) A. Labour Management (Primary Focus):

● Directly supervise and manage all on-site labourers and workers during the plant installation phase.

● Allocate daily tasks and assignments to the labour force for efficient workflow.

● Monitor worker attendance, punctuality, and productivity.

● Ensure strict site discipline and adherence to basic safety norms (e.g., helmet/PPE usage).

● Resolve minor day-to-day conflicts among the working staff.

B. Inventory & Material Handling:

● Oversee the receiving, counting, and proper storage of incoming plant materials and equipment.

● Maintain accurate records (e.g., registers, ledgers) of materials issued to workers/technicians.

● Conduct regular physical checks of inventory stored on site.

● Report any material damage, loss, or shortages immediately to management.

● Ensure the site storage area is clean, organized, and secure. C. Site Support:

● Act as the main point of contact between management/engineers and the labour team.

● Ensure overall site cleanliness and good housekeeping practices are maintained.

● Assist in any necessary physical coordination or execution tasks related to installation progress.

Requirements & Qualifications (Pointers)

● Age: Must be under 30 years of age.

● Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in labour supervision, site management, or store/inventory handling.

● Education: ITI, Diploma, or relevant Technical/Non-Technical Bachelor's degree preferred.

● Accommodation: Bachelor status (unmarried/living alone) preferred, for easier placement and mobility.

● Skills: Strong leadership, communication (local language essential), and problem-solving skills.

● Traits: Honest, reliable, proactive, and capable of working long hours on an industrial site.

● Location: Preferably residing locally in Guma or surrounding areas.

● श्रमिकों की उपस्थिति, समय पालन और उत्पादकता की निगरानी करें।

● साइट पर कड़ी अनुशासन बनाए रखें और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करें (जैसे हेलमेट/PPE का उपयोग)।

● कर्मचारियों के बीच रोज़मर्रा के छोटे-मोटे विवादों का समाधान करें।

B. सामग्री और इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन:

● संयंत्र की सामग्री और उपकरणों की प्राप्ति, गिनती और सही तरीके से भंडारण की निगरानी करें।

● श्रमिकों/तकनीशियनों को दी गई सामग्री का सही रिकॉर्ड रखें (जैसे रजिस्टर, लेजर)।

● साइट पर स्टोर की गई सामग्री का नियमित भौतिक निरीक्षण करें।

● किसी भी सामग्री के नुकसान, क्षति या कमी की तुरंत प्रबंधन को सूचना दें।

● सुनिश्चित करें कि साइट पर भंडारण क्षेत्र साफ, व्यवस्थित और सुरक्षित रहे।

C. साइट समर्थन:

● प्रबंधन/इंजीनियरों और श्रमिक टीम के बीच मुख्य संपर्क बिंदु के रूप में कार्य करें।

● साइट की सफाई और अच्छी हाउसकीपिंग प्रथाओं को बनाए रखने में सहायता करें।

● संयंत्र स्थापना की प्रगति से संबंधित किसी भी आवश्यक शारीरिक समन्वय या कार्यों में मदद करें।

आवश्यकताएँ और योग्यताएँ

● उम्र: 30 वर्ष से कम।

● अनुभव: श्रमिक पर्यवेक्षण, साइट प्रबंधन, या स्टोर/इन्वेंट्री हैंडलिंग में 1-3 वर्ष का सिद्ध अनुभव।

● शिक्षा: ITI, डिप्लोमा, या संबंधित तकनीकी/non-technical बैचलर डिग्री।

● आवास: एकल/अविवाहित स्थिति पसंद की जाती है, ताकि स्थानांतरण और गतिशीलता में सुविधा हो।

● कौशल: मजबूत नेतृत्व, संचार (स्थानीय भाषा आवश्यक), और समस्या सुलझाने की क्षमता।

● गुण: ईमानदार, विश्वसनीय, सक्रिय, और औद्योगिक स्थल पर लंबे समय तक काम करने की क्षमता।

● स्थान: गुमा या आसपास के क्षेत्रों में स्थानीय निवासियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है।
