Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for two experienced Operations Supervisors to oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of our Advertising Agency's Branches Located in Priydarshini Nagar & Mana (One For Each Location), primarily focusing on printing and production work. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of advertising industry workflows, print production processes, and the ability to manage a large on-ground team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of the printing, orders, material making and production department.
• Lead, guide, and manage a team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring smooth execution of all client jobs.
• Plan and monitor work schedules, job allocations, and ensure timely completion of advertising and printing projects.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for seamless project coordination.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all printed materials and advertising campaigns.
• Maintain proper documentation, workflow tracking, and reporting to management.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices for productivity and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of advertising workflows, print media, and vendor management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

हम अपनी एडवरटाइजिंग एजेंसी के प्रियदर्शिनी नगर और माना स्थित ब्रैंचेस के रोज़मर्रा के ऑपरेशनल कामों (खासकर प्रिंटिंग और प्रोडक्शन) की देखरेख और मैनेजमेंट के लिए दोनों स्थानो के लिए एक-एक अनुभवी ऑपरेशन्स सुपरवाइज़र की अवश्यकता हैं।

सही कैंडिडेट को एडवरटाइजिंग इंडस्ट्री के वर्कफ़्लो और प्रिंट प्रोडक्शन प्रोसेस की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए, साथ ही उनमें बड़ी ऑन-ग्राउंड टीम को कुशलतापूर्वक मैनेज करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• प्रिंटिंग, ऑर्डर, मटीरियल बनाने और प्रोडक्शन डिपार्टमेंट के ऑपरेशनल कामों की देखरेख और तालमेल बिठाना।
• लगभग 50 कर्मचारियों की टीम का नेतृत्व, मार्गदर्शन और मैनेजमेंट करना, ताकि सभी क्लाइंट के काम आसानी से पूरे हों।
• काम के शेड्यूल और काम के बंटवारे की योजना बनाना और निगरानी करना, साथ ही एडवरटाइजिंग और प्रिंटिंग प्रोजेक्ट्स को समय पर पूरा करना सुनिश्चित करना।
• प्रोजेक्ट में बेहतर तालमेल के लिए क्लाइंट, वेंडर और इंटरनल डिपार्टमेंट्स के साथ संपर्क बनाए रखना।
• सभी प्रिंटेड मटीरियल और एडवरटाइजिंग कैंपेन की क्वालिटी कंट्रोल और समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना।
• सही डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, वर्कफ़्लो ट्रैकिंग और मैनेजमेंट को रिपोर्टिंग बनाए रखना। ऑपरेशनल सुधार के क्षेत्रों की पहचान करना और प्रोडक्टिविटी व कुशलता के लिए बेहतरीन तरीके लागू करना।
• एडवरटाइजिंग वर्कफ़्लो, प्रिंट मीडिया और वेंडर मैनेजमेंट की अच्छी जानकारी। बड़ी टीमों को मैनेज और मोटिवेट करने की क्षमता के साथ बेहतरीन लीडरशिप स्किल्स।
• बेहतरीन कम्युनिकेशन, तालमेल बिठाने और समस्या सुलझाने की क्षमता।
• डेडलाइन के अंदर काम करने और एक साथ कई प्रोजेक्ट्स को मैनेज करने की क्षमता।
