Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business through field visits, identifying upcoming residential and commercial projects, developing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers and customers, and converting leads into sales.

The position requires extensive market coverage, regular client meetings, project-site visits, lead generation, follow-ups and achievement of assigned sales targets. 

• Market Development & Lead GenerationIdentify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new construction, renovation and interior projects.
• Visit residential and commercial project sites to generate potential leads.
• Identify upcoming projects through market research, networking and references.
• Generate leads through:
• Cold visits
• References
• Architect/Designer networks
• Builder/Contractor networks
• Project-site visits
• Local market mapping
• Existing customer references
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
