MIS Executive

Ansh Trading and Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive to manage the end-to-end documentation and online processing of residential solar installations under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

The candidate will handle customer documentation, portal registrations, application tracking, subsidy-related processes, financing coordination, and installation records to ensure smooth and timely completion of each customer's solar installation journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Documentation & Verification

• Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents required for residential solar installations.
• Manage customer KYC documents, electricity bills, consumer account details, bank details, and other scheme-related documents.
• Maintain accurate digital records and customer-wise documentation files.
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate with customers to resolve discrepancies.

2. PM Surya Ghar Portal Management

• Handle customer registration and application processing on the PM Surya Ghar National Portal.
• Track application status and update records at every stage of the process.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant teams for vendor selection, feasibility approval, installation updates, and inspection-related requirements.
• Assist in submitting installation details, plant information, and required documents on the portal.
• Track subsidy application status and support customers with documentation until the process is completed.

3. Customer Financing & Loan Coordination

• Assist customers with solar financing and loan application documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and relevant teams regarding loan applications and status updates.
• Help customers understand the documentation required for financing.
• Track loan approvals, pending documents, disbursements, and other financing-related updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer financing cases.

4. Installation & Subsidy Tracking

• Maintain customer-wise records of solar plant capacity, installation progress, equipment details, and completion status.
• Coordinate with the sales, installation, and technical teams to ensure timely processing.
• Track pending inspections, commissioning formalities, and subsidy-related requirements.
• Follow up on incomplete cases and resolve documentation or portal-related issues.

5. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain trackers for registrations, document verification, financing, installations, and subsidy status.
• Update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Report pending cases, delays, and process-related issues to management.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and record management.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with online portals.
• Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
• Good communication and customer coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana, solar installation processes, and customer financing will be an added advantage.
