Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain benefits and features clearly to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales deals profitably.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer data using CRM software.
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any customer grievances.
