Tractor Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Used Tractor Sales Executive to manage used-tractor sales, coordinate with brokers, investors and customers, generate leads, negotiate deals, and ensure timely liquidation of used-tractor stock across branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Deal Closure: Identify prospective buyers, negotiate prices, coordinate with brokers and investors, and close profitable deals.
• Enquiry & Follow-ups: Maintain enquiry records, track leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Stock Management: Monitor old-tractor inventory across branches, coordinate stock movement, and drive timely stock liquidation.
• Field Visits: Visit branches, customers, brokers and other relevant contacts to generate business and facilitate sales.
• Transaction Monitoring: Track payments, purchase and sale transactions, documentation, and related records.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales, enquiry, stock and follow-up reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Fluency in Chhattisgarhi and Hindi; working knowledge of English is essential.
• Ability to build relationships with brokers, customers and investors.
• Willingness to travel regularly across company branches.
• Self-motivated, organised and focused on achieving sales targets.
• Experience in used-tractor sales, automobile sales, or the agricultural machinery industry will be preferred.
