Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for experienced and business-oriented candidates for the position of Regional Sales Manager.

The candidate will have an opportunity to use the Andromeda business/franchise model to develop and grow business through their own market network and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business

• Build relationships with banks, DSAs and financial institutions

• Develop and manage a strong business network

• Generate and convert leads

• Build and manage RM/SM/business associates

• Drive regional business growth

• Use the Andromeda platform/business model to expand business

• Achieve business-performance targets

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of sales/business development experience preferred

• Banking/Finance/DSA/NBFC/Insurance experience preferred

• Strong market network and business-generation capability

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Leadership and relationship-management skills

• Comfortable with performance-based earnings
