Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and results-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon seller account, improve product performance, monitor sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the Amazon Seller Central account.

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor sales performance, product rankings, inventory, and account health.
  • Plan and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.
  • Manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including PPC, budget monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Track orders, returns, cancellations, customer feedback, and product-related issues.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and resolve listing or policy-related issues.
  • Analyze competitors, pricing, market trends, and product opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, product information, pricing, and order-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall account performance.
  • Required SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce marketplace operations.
  • Knowledge of product listing optimization, keyword research, and Amazon SEO.
  • Understanding of Amazon PPC and advertising campaign management.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
