SICELIA SECRETS | RAJKOT
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pasta Chef specialising in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare different varieties of Italian pasta.
- Expertise in fresh pasta and dry pasta preparation.
- Prepare authentic Italian sauces such as Alfredo, Arrabbiata, Pesto and Aglio e Olio.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain proper food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage pasta section inventory and minimise food wastage.
- Assist in developing new pasta dishes for the menu.
- Required Skills2–4 years of experience in Italian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of pasta preparation and cooking.
- Understanding of Italian ingredients, sauces and seasoning.
- Knowledge of food costing and portion control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred ExperienceItalian restaurants
- Premium cafés
- Casual dining restaurants
