Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a positive experience for clients and staff

  • Key Responsibilities : Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Provide information to visitors and respond to general inquiries
